Irish Beer Bread
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 ounces STRONG, room temperature beer
2. In a large bowl, gently mix all ingredients together until just combined.
3. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
4. Let cool, serve and ENJOY!
