Goat Cheese and Tomato Pasta

I had some leftover goat cheese calling my name, so I whipped up this little pasta dish for dinner tonight. YUMMY! Remember - homemade pasta sauce always beats the jarred kind! Enjoy!



Goat Cheese and Tomato Pasta
  • 2 tbsp EVOO
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • s&p
  • 4 cups rotini noodles, cooked
  • 3 plus 1 ounces goat cheese
