Maple Dill Carrots
- 3 cups organic carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3/4 tsp dill weed
- s&p to taste
2. In sauce pan, melt butter with brown sugar, maple syrup, dill and s&p. Toss in carrots to coat. Cook on med heat for about 5 minutes, or until sauce slightly thickens and coats carrots.
3. Serve immediately. ENJOY!
