Healthy Frappuccinos
- 2 tbsp instant coffee granules (regular or decaf)
- 2 tbsp fat free coffee creamer (vanilla or any other flavour)
- 1/2 cup fat free milk
- 8 - 10 ice cubes
1. Blend everything together until smooth. Add a little (natural!) sweetener, in desired. ENJOY!
