Triple Layer Bars
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter
- 1 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
- 1 package (200 grams) flaked coconut
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 package (350 gram) semi-sweet chocolate chips (approx. 2 cups)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass dish).
- In 13" x 9" baking pan melt margarine in oven.
- Sprinkle crumbs evenly over margarine.
- Top evenly with coconut then sweetened condensed milk.
- Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
- In small saucepan, over low-heat, melt chips with peanut butter.
- Spread evenly over hot coconut layer.
- Cool 30 minutes.
- Chill thoroughly.
- Cut into bars. ENJOY!
